• Flipchart £5.00 per session plus VAT. 
• Laptop    £25.00 per session plus VAT. 
• Wireless Broadband access £10.00 per hour plus VAT.
• Wireless Broadband access £20.00/whole day session plus VAT.
• Tea/Coffee (with biscuits) £1.50 per person plus VAT. 
•  Whole day sessions Tea/Coffee (with biscuits) £3.00 per person plus VAT.
• All public areas in the building are fully wheelchair accessible
• Disabled toilet facilities are available

If your equipment is unsuitable or unable to connect to our interactive facilities (i.e Internet or presentation connections) any equipment we supply as an alternative will be charged fully as per our current hire charges.
